While using the club, please note the sauna and steam room closes 15 minutes before the |
rest of the facility. Hence 10:15pm week nights and 4:45pm Sundays it’s time to shower and
or dress. |

Sneakers and appropriate attire are required for the Men's only studio. |
· |
We will provide orientations on the fitness floor to assist and familiarize you with the various |
equipment on designated days. |
· |
Personal training can be arranged for a fee to those interested. |
· |
Guest passes are available to new prospective members at $20 per visit and $15 when |
accompanied by a Lifeplex Member. |
· |

to optimize your visits with us, please feel free to tell us. I may be reached Mon & Tues from
10am – 3pm & Fri from 9 – 12pm. |

LifePlex is a coed Fitness,Tennis and Aquatic Club with separate Men's and
Women's programs. LifePlex is unique with 3 clubs under 1 roof! Our NEW Men's
only center located within the club is fully equipped with all the amenities one
needs to accomplish their fitness goals in a discrete private environment. Add our
Men's only swim times and group exercise classes and you have the most diverse
health club in the country. The Aquatic area will be open to Men only from
9:00pm to 11:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday. Please
make sure you arrange your swim time with us according to this schedule. At
11:00 pm week nights and 5:00 pm Sundays we expect program members to be
ready to vacate the club. |
