the fitness industry. It is an invaluable experience to young people or
college students who may receive credits towards their degree. Flexible
hours are available. You might want to make your friends and relatives

Departing from the typical format of sharing information in my capacity of
Member Relations Director, I’m taking the liberty of communicating with you as a fellow
member. |
| I’ve been a member of Lifeplex (together with my wife) since its inception. In fact |
prior to its genesis, we were members at Sportorama. Over the years I’ve seen many
changes in the club, but never have they had such an impact as the recent
developments at Lifeplex. |
| I was delighted to find all that new state of the art equipment on the fitness floor. |
The new Octane Elliptical Machines, Nautilus Treadmills, Rex Seated Elliptical Trainers,
Cybex Arc Trainers, Cybex Cyclone Recumbent Bikes, and Upper Body Ergo Meters
have re-invigorated my workouts. They are more fun, feel new, and add excitement and
challenge. The flat screen TV’s cost me money. After they were introduced into the club,
I was moved to buy one for my own home. And opening a third studio enhanced my
choices for the additional classes now offered. |

In the interest of serving every member of our community’s family, we have |
commenced construction on a 6,000 square foot children’s fitness and wellness
complex. |
